Wired Magazine recently commemorated the launch of the iTunes Music Store on April 28, 2003.  Although the music industry hated it, Apple soon revolutionized the music-recording industry, one song at a time.  In just seven years, iTunes helped labels and artists sell over 10 billion songs and saved the recorded music industry from extinction.  Read more here from Wired.

In recent news, Apple has sold 1 million iPads in less than 28 days, outdoing sales of the first iPhone.  God bless Steve Jobs and the fight against the status quo.
